About Ink & Light

I spent thirty years in professional baseball—as a player, manager, scout, and coach—moving through ballparks, clubhouses, cities, and long stretches of road, and that life taught me to notice what exists around the action: the tension before a pitch, the geometry of an empty stadium, the character of an unfamiliar street, and the brief moments when light transforms an ordinary scene.

Ink & Light grew from that way of seeing, with black-and-white photography stripping away distraction and allowing shape, texture, gesture, atmosphere, and emotion to carry the story.

The work ranges from the grand scale of stadiums, architecture, and city landscapes to the more intimate details found within them, but every photograph begins with the same instinct—to recognize a moment, compose it honestly, and preserve the feeling of being there.

Through individual fine-art prints and thoughtfully curated collections, Ink & Light brings those moments together as finished artwork: images made not simply to document a place or event, but to hold its memory, energy, and sense of presence.
